Productfeatures:
リニアボールスライドは、スライド本体に精密機械加工されたダブルアーク溝構造を採用しています。溝内にボールが整然と配列され、転がり運動を行うことで、高精度なガイドとスムーズな直線運動を実現します。
現在、当社ではマイクロメータヘッド送りタイプ、リードスクリュー駆動タイプ、マイクロメータ送りタイプの3種類のリニアボールスライドをご提供しています。いずれのモデルも量子化調整機能を搭載しており、最小読み取り値は0.01mmで、精密調整用途に最適です。
中でも、リードスクリュー駆動タイプは、ゴシックアーク溝設計を採用し、ボールと軌道面が45°の角度で4点接触を実現しています。この構造により、剛性が大幅に向上するだけでなく、ミクロンレベルの位置決め精度と、バックラッシュのない極めて滑らかな動きを実現しています。
