MXL/XLアイドラーは、同期ベルトシステム向けに設計された精密設計の歯付きアイドラーです。MXLとXLの2種類の標準歯形が用意されており、軽負荷・高精度のモーションコントロールアプリケーションに最適です。
これらのアイドラーは、耐久性とスムーズな動作を実現するスチールベアリングを採用した堅牢な構造を特徴としています。プーリー本体と一体型フランジは6061アルミニウム合金から機械加工されており、強度と軽量性の最適なバランスを実現しています。様々な環境要件や美観要件を満たすため、コンポーネントは金属的な外観を維持しながら耐腐食性を高める透明アルマイト処理、または表面硬度と耐摩耗性を向上させるニッケルメッキ仕上げを選択できます。
歯数は16～60歯まで幅広く取り揃えており、様々な速度比やレイアウト設計に柔軟に対応します。ベアリング構成は主に2種類用意されており、コンパクトな設計と標準荷重に対応するセンターベアリングタイプと、要求の厳しい用途において安定性と高負荷容量を向上させるデュアルベアリングタイプです。
